USPS Priority Mail comes with up to \$50.00 of insurance.
USPS ground Shipments do not come with any automatic insurance, lost shipments.
We can not start a lost package trace until 30 days after it has shipped.
After the trace is complete we can then provide a reimbursement for your product.
We do not reimburse shipping, handling, credit card or insurance fees.
